Hey HP!

Our new messaging system is open for business :). We're hoping that this will help keep everything more organized and will help to stop inboxes from getting flooded making it hard to find things.

Now instead of all your replies on the same message showing up as different message threads, they will all come up as one, with the newest message being at the top, and the full message history including senders and dates underneath!

Also, you can now search your messages to help you easily find what you're looking for.

And your saved messages will no longer be deleted after 6 months.

There is a little bit of weird overlap between the old messaging system and the new one, so if you sent a message or had a message thread going from before the new system was put in, old replies could get lost - so I would suggest that you start brand new messages from this point onward.

Some people have also reported "ghost messages" where it says you have 1 unread, but don't. In this case, it appears that you may have a message form last night that is showing as read, but is not, so just double check. If you can't find it, an admin can help you!

I'm showing an unread mesg but all mesgs have been read?

I'm showing 3 undread and I only have 2. Am I missing a message or is there really onky two? 

I'm showing that I have a default 2 unread messages, and if someone replies to a thread, it'll bump up to like, 10 unread, even tho she's the only message I have. It seems to be including all of the messages in that thread in the # of unread messages.

Oops! Looks like a typo in the link. I will fix it in the morning :). If you click search messages from the drop down tab in the Mac bar, that one isn’t broken!

For those of you with ghost messages, please message me and I will try to find them for you.

I'm having this issue where it shows me 3 unread messages, but it's technically only one from the same thread. Then the next time I get a reply, the unread count goes up by one.

This showed up when I clicked on my inbox button after responding to a message.

 I'm having the same issue as Tana, but now I seem to not be able to see message history at all. Not sure if my browser is outdated or what, but my messaging went back to what it was before.
