I'm not a huge fan of sprinkles, but if had to choose, always rainbow sprinkles! 
I hate cherries, so I usually pluck those off and give them to whoever is having ice cream with me! xD

A scoop of coconut ice cream (my absolute favorite flavor!), a scoop of cherry vanilla ice cream, and a scoop of mint Oreo ice cream with chocolate sauce on top (cause chocolate goes with coconut - I mean Almond Joys exist!) and always rainbow Jimmie (or sprinkles) and a maraschino cherry.
