So I've been vegan for well over a year now. Now although I'm passionate about my resons why I chose to cut animal products from my diet, I also totally understand why people aren't interested. So Im not one to shove it down peoples throats, or barage on about meat is murder or whatever else some of those stereotypes are on about.

But I wanted to post here and ask if anyone has some awesome vegan friendly receipes. As my go-tos are getting boring and im still waiting for a cooking book I ordered

Ones that can be done in the slow cooker or frozen are also a huge plus. And ones that dont need complicated appliances or proceedures because although I can cook, I am not super skilled nor do I have patience for fiddly things. 

(also deserts because omg yas) 

I love sloppy joe's with lentils instead of ground beef! I use this recipe, but just sub out the beef for lentils (also you'd need a vegan-friendly worcestershire sauce, or you could use soy sauce):
