New For 2025: We will running P.o.t.M. like how our Pet of the Month Spotlight is running! This will cut out the pressure of nominating & voting. Then anyone who want's to participate can! Anyone who wins P.o.t.M. can answer as many or all of the questions as they want or feel comfortable answering! ~...HP Questions...~ 1. How did you first learn about us? Through Horseland when everything was changing 2. What is your favorite thing about HP? The nostalgia feeling it brings and the activities 3. How long have you been playing for? Only about 18 months properly 4. How did you come up with your player name? I got early beta test access to play a Harry Potter game called Pottermore. The account automatically came with the name MagicFlame and I’m not very creative so it stuck. 5. What is your favorite breed of horse or dog to train? Irish Draughts! 6. What caused you to pick the breed(s) you train and breed? I have Irish Draughts in real life and have always love them. My other breeds I have chosen because I have personal connections with them 7. How do you come up with names for your animals? Random things that I like but my main line is magic themed to link with my user name 8. What are your current goals on HP? I want to get my main line into high generation numbers. It’s a really long future goal. 10. Who’s your go-to graphic artist or coder? Are there any services you offer? I don’t buy many graphics, but I love my layout picture made by Nytmare. I’ll probably never change it! 11. What is your favorite Site-Wide yearly event? This is so hard to choose just one. I love the Easter egg hunt. 12. What other contests or activities do you usually participate in? I try to participate in them all when I can 13. Do you have any training or breeding tips to share? Not really, I still feel like a newbie with training and breeding! 14. Which seasonal layout art is your favorite? The spring layout 15. If you could change one thing about HP, what would it be and why? How much HPD everything costs just because it was really tough starting out 16. What do you spend most of your time on HP doing? Training and doing activities 17. What is your favorite Club? Draft club! ~...Real Life & Random Questions...~ 1. Where are you from? England 3. What do you do for work? Veterinary Nurse 4. Do you own any horses or dogs? Multiple of both 5. Do you have any other types of pets at home? Cats, chickens, ducks, ponies, pigs, sheep and a rabbit. Kinda comes with the job territory! 6. What are your favorite breeds of horse and dog? Irish Draught horses and English Setter dogs 7. Do you have any hobbies? If so, what are they? Between the animals and family life I don’t have much time for any hobbies, the animals are my hobby 8. What’s your favorite color? Purple 9. What’s your favorite Holiday or Month? April - everything starts coming back to life 10. Do you have a favorite vacation spot? If so, what or where is it? The New Forest. Wild horses, donkeys and cows free roaming everywhere, lots of good places to eat and go walking. I love it! 12. If you could own any breed of horse, what would it be and why? Not strictly a horse but honestly I would love a donkey. Maybe they’ll be next 13. If you could own any breed of dog, what would it be and why? An English setter, they’re just such lovely dogs with pretty markings! 14. If you could meet any celebrity, who would it be and why? David Attenborough, I’m a big fan 16. What would be your dream job? A historian or digging up stuff from ground like dinosaurs or ancient pots. 17. What would be your dream meal of choice? Sunday roast 19. What talent do you wish you had? Wish I could sing 20. What is your favorite ice cream flavor? Strawberry 27. If you could transport yourself to any decade of past history, what would it be and why? Hard one, I love history so it’s hard to choose one. I’d be happy with any time period. 28. What is your favorite kind of pizza? Texan bbq 29. If you were an animal, what would you be, and why? A cat, I would love more time to chill and sleep in the sun 30. What is your favorite recipe/dish/food to make? Gingerbread men :D    |
