So I’ve decided to host a layout contest! I’ve had my layout for over a year and a half and I am absolutely done with it. I can’t take it anymore. I want something new. I know there isn’t a ton of graphic artists active right now, but I figured it would be worth a try.

The problem is….I am super, super picky. So if you’re up to the challenge, the grand prize is…$300 million plus some! Now I know that it’s frustrating to enter a contest like this, and if you do not get first place, your time feels a bit wasted. So, I’ll also make a second and third place too.

1st Place: $300 million
Two spots in my 20 horse shows that run each Saturday (if you want them) for three month
A one year upgrade
2nd Place: $50 million
3rd Place: $30 million

Moving on… 
- I do NOT like colors. I know sometimes it can be hard to match graphics without using them, but it’s gonna have to be done specially if so. I only like black, grey, and white. I do like variations of grey, like a pale grey purple, etc.
- I am a minimalist. I don’t like a whole lot going on in my layout, I’d steer clear of colourlovers backgrounds and such. I like crisp, neat, clean sort of layouts, but it still needs to be eye-popping, like “Whoa that is beautiful” kinda thing.
- I write a lot. My main issue with my layout now is that it does not scroll, it expands. But each table expands differently, and then they don’t line up, and then it looks weird and I have to write the same amount of text in each area because I’m a freak. So I will need at least two-three text areas that can scroll or expand neatly, so I don’t have to juggle text to make them line up. 
- I would like to have custom navigation (like, not the default HP navigation), the horse dividers and such don’t need to be specially coded except to match the rest of the layout. I don’t need certain parts deleted and so forth, if you get what I mean. 
- I like using the google fonts. Scripty beautiful ones for headers, and a clean neat one for the text. Need examples? Look at any of my spares. Those are my own work. They’re simple, but not impressive by any means. What I need is that same kind of beautiful, simplicity with some whoa. 

Now onto the hard part…the graphic.
- I breed Arabians, so I would like an Arabian horse. I don’t have a certain choice for color, but I love black, pale white, etc. That doesn’t mean that’s what color he HAS to be. 
- Need an idea? Think of my name…Nytmare. Which means I love the night. The moon, the stars, glowy type fantasy stuff that I have no idea how to make look right on PS, long manes and tails, maybe a crescent half moon for a “star” on the horse? I don’t want any other animals in the photo, (example would be birds, etc). 
- I’m also Native American and I love all such things. Dream catchers, feathers, headdresses. Major (who we all know is my horse that died) wore a set of rhythm beads arounds his neck all the time. If the horse in the graphic wore those, omg. That’s a win right there. Feathers in the mane, beads, anything. Just watch how colorful, because you’ll have to make the html to match it. 

So now that you have read a wall of text, let me give you a run down…

HTML
No bright colors, stick to grey, white, black and grayish variations of colors if needed
I like simple, I’m a minimalist
At least two areas for me to write in, cause I write a lot
Custom navigation

GRAPHIC
Arabian horse, can be any color, but I prefer black (I know they’re hard to get the detail right with) 
Anything night-related. Moon, stars (NO like, gold star sticker shaped stars, I mean like a white speck, like real stars) 
Long hair on the horse
Mystical look 
Some glowy stuff would be neat (not mandatory)
Anything Native American, dream catchers, feathers, rhythm beads, headdresses

Please keep in mind that what I’m asking for will require advanced photoshop/coding skills. 

In the event that there are more coders out there than advanced artists, I do have a graphic I love that you can use. I’d like a new one, but if I don’t get enough interest for a whole layout, I can provide a layout image. In which case I will cut the prizes in half, but you’d still get $150 million and a six month upgrade for a banging coding job.
