Results of the Club Poll

Koni and I have reviewed the responses to the Clubs poll I posted recently. Based on everyone's thoughts, coupled with the input of the rest of the staff, November will be the final term to be president of the following clubs, as they will be REMOVED from the game:

Crossbreed Club

Mythical Horses Club

Performance Horse Club

Race Horse Club

Sport Horse Club

Dog:

Agility Club

Hunting Club

IPO Club

Mutt Club

Mythical Dogs Club

Non-Working Dog Club

Obedience Club

Wild Dog Club

Other:

Graphic Design Club

Layout Design & Coding Club

The Barnyard Club

November 1st, I will alter the names of those clubs to indicate that they are outgoing, and any ballots entered to win them will be removed throughout the month, regardless of the # of votes attached to them, without any sort of refund. To counter the removal of clubs, however, the following clubs will be ADDED as of November 1st, to have their first presidents in December:

Horse:

Warmblood Club

Dog:

Non-Sporting Club

Other: 

Graphic & Layout Design Club

Mythical Club

Wild Club

Crossbreed Club

Hopefully streamlining clubs will encourage everyone to run for president in the future!

*hugsrarehorsebreeds* yay, it survived! I'm excited to see this help clubs moving forward ^-^

I love the idea of combining the Graphic & Layout Design Club since they so often go hand in hand. I was surprised to see so many clubs get the axe, but I think cleaning them up and offering fewer clubs will hopefully add more competition for being president, AND it won't be so much of an added responsibility for staff if no one runs.

@mako: There's a lot on the list as being cut, but some of them are being deleted so they can be combined in the Other category.

Is it possible to explore having the surviving/new clubs create two shows per week instead of one to make up for the loss of clubs? This is something I didn't even think of until now, but there are going to be a lot fewer club shows after these changes go through. D:

i think this was a long time coming, however the only one i'm kind of sad to see go is racehorse club lol
