Fruit salad over Chocolate (an accountability group)

Okay - So I stepped on the scales in the doctors office last week.. to a pretty rude awakening - turns out downing tim-tams by the packet as you study isn't exactly healthy.. As HP is filled with amazing people and i've seen quite a few threds on this topic but i'd like to add accountability.. I'm one of those people who has little to no self control but if I know people are 'watching' its something to steer your hand away from the chocolate and towards the fruit salad :) K. So - Accountability. If we all update eachother weekly or bi-weekly.. whatever time frame - as long as its regualar... So ladies (and men) measurements please! The last line "snap cup" is a take off legally blonde.. but basically put one good thing that you admire about the poster above you.. (even if its just hey - I really like the colour choices on your siggy ^^) The next one is Yay me - so one thing you've accomplished or felt good about that week (or in said period since last update) - Feel free to message me with improvments.. hopefully this is something people are kindof interested in. I don't have a tape measure, actually, to do measurements, but I really aught to. *cough* So I'll pick one up at work tomorrow and edit them in. :D
Initial Measurements:
Upper Arm: 11.5"
Chest: 39"
Waist: 32"
Hip: 38" (42" bum)
Thigh: 24"
Height: 5'4"
Initial Weight: 163.5 lbs.
Weight Goal: 135 lbs.
Fitness Goal: Work out for at least one hour on all days I'm not on the floor at work.
(I'm on the sales floor 2 days a week, in the office 3 days, and off for 2 days)
Yay Me: I managed to not HORRIBLY BINGE on my overnight shift this weekend!
Snap Cup: This is a really good idea, Kirreway! I don't really have anyone to like... hold me accountable.

Edited in my measurements so obviously not going to do that in this one. I'll probably only do those once a month.

I will be participating in this! My husband and I will be starting advocare soon. I will need to go home and get my measurements and start this! I'm a fatty fat, and can't wait to be back down to my original wedding weight. ☺ |
