I got the jerk chicken with no bun, and Joel got the fish and chips!

We went to a place called Kauppuri 5 and had the Teurastaja burger, aka the Butcher burger :D one beef patty, 2 big slices of bacon, pulled pork, cheddar cheese, and house mayo. I had mine with a side of fries and chili mayo. Tatu had onion rings instead of fries.

Last night, we ate leftovers, which means Finnish meat sauce with mashed potatoes, and some Greek salad on the side. No idea what tonight's dinner will be, since we leave tomorrow for vacation. Probably instant noodles and tofu.

Last night we ate pelmeni with cheese, pickles, and mayo :D

I added some garlic powder as well, along with potatoes, carrots, and some leftover peas and corn. Delicious!

It was Monday. I caved. xD

Last night, I made red curry beef with wok veggies and basmati rice.

Last night, I had a chicken caprese sandwich from Starbucks. It was actually pretty good. The ciabatta got a little tougher as it cooled, but overall I was surprised that Starbucks can have some good sandwiches.

I will be making a Finnish dish called merimiehen kiusaus, aka seaman's casserole. It's made with potato, leek, cold-smoked salmon, dill pickle, shrimp, dill, salt, cream, and some soft cheese melted into it.

Also making a fancy salad with salad mix, cantaloupe, honeydew, grapes, brie, walnuts, and raspberries.

Chicken Fajitas with refried black beans, shredded cheddar cheese, and low-carb, whole-wheat tortillas.

I ate leftovers  and made macaroni from it
I had a can of dices tomato,  2 sundried paprika some minced meat, and soup veggies  left.
And macaroni and some other pasta ( Those butterfly thingies)
I spiced up with italian herbs and some salt and pepper.

So that seafood casserole was delicious btw, if anyone wants a translated recipe, let me know! Tonight we'll be finishing the leftovers of that (such a tiny, sad piece left) along with a salad. I should make Greek salad to get rid of all my tomatoes, but I also bought ingredients for a fancy ''buffet table'' salad. The list is as follows:

- spring mix (or something similar)
- 200g grapes
- 200g honeydew
- 200g cantaloupe
- brie cheese (I forget the exact amount, but I did buy 2 triangle-shaped pieces)
- walnuts and strawberries to top (I didn't find strawberries at the store, so I got raspberries instead)

Now that I think of it, the recipe didn't mention any dressing and all I have at home is caesar's, which doesn't go with this salad. Any suggestions? 

Last night: enchilada casserole

I haven't made it yet, but I'm going to make a Chilli Con Carne. I haven't had a good chilli for what seems like months. Can you tell I'm already excited?
