taco bell

A slight variation on arrabiata (with macaroni because that's what I had).

I chopped a small onion and sauteed it a bit, then added the minced meat. When it was brown all over, I added a bit of minced garlic and about a teaspoon of chopped dry basil. Then I poured the jar of arrabiata in, stirred it, and then mixed in some pepper cooking cream. Tada!

Served with rice instead of potatoes, and I added salt to the sauce instead of soy sauce (even though I put a little in my plate after). Also, dried thyme works just fine.

I made gyudon aka Japanese beef and rice bowls. So easy and so yummy!

Today Joel and I are splitting a country fried chicken meal from Texas Roadhouse! We love to just get one meal there for takeout and share it because it's the perfect amount of food for two people, and it's pretty affordable if you do it that way! They give you two sides with your meal, plus 4 rolls, and we add an appetizer. Today I also asked for an extra salad because I don't want to share my salad :P.

The Continental Christmas Market is back in Belfast. On my way home from work, I had a spicy Bratwurst hot dog with crispy onions in one of those short baguettes. Afterwards I had some little donuts with melted Nutella, tiny mallows and sugar sprinkled over the top. Amaze!

I had a frozen pizza lmao.

Tomorrow night I think i'll actually cook something though. I need some veggies.

I had like 10 bites of Mayan Chocolate ice cream because I had such a big lunch that I still wasn't hungry, haha.

Frozen pizza and black bean soup from Trader Joe's! The pizza was good! The soup was okay.

Sloppy Joes

 I don't even remotely have a plan for tonight, but last night we ate a frozen pepperoni pizza from Trader Joe's which honestly tasted like public school cafeteria pizza.
