I had 1 public show for horses and 1 public show for dogs and when my account number was still 55573 and now since the change, I lost them and can't make new ones until 7 days from I created the other (March 26, 2014).

I may be confused about what exactly you are saying, but normally you can only create one public horse show and one public dog show every 7 days.
