I have never entered it before...just watched for several year in a row. I think I might actually enter this year...not with anything that requires tickets or anything. I only have art skills going for me if I can ever manage to finish anything hahaha.

Call me a goof, but what exactly is involved in the mascot contest? I don't think I was ever cognizant of it back when I played originally!

Mascot contest happens one a year. There are 4 categories you can possibly enter:

Horse public shows only
Horse tickets/private shows allowed
Dog public shows only
Dog tickets/private shows allowed

Then throughout the contest there are other minor deadlines/events you also participate in that contributes to your animals' final score...stuff like personalized picture, writing a backstory for your animal, etc.

Then at the end the grand prizes are giant. Like the animal that wins overall throughout all the categories gets to be reset in age back to 2 or 3 (depending on if they're a dog or horse), etc.

Lenore, they do not have to start from stores but the points they are born with are deducted from your final total so it's basically ilke starting from 0 points. No one is allowed an advantage. 

Also, I found my partner. Muhahaha. Cannot wait!

I don't think I am going to enter alone...but I would happily join in on a partnership with 1 or more other people. :)

Happy to talk with people about the contest and discuss with current partner about adding a third but we are doing a shows & tickets entry. I already know about how much we'll need $$ wise though so if you think you're up for it....
