I mean, some of it, like #4 is kind of "duh". But some of it is just gross. Not that I have any delusions about what our food is made of and how it's made, but I didn't need to see it in list form, haha.

Its vile, I kinda knew about a lot of this already and some I didn't. I know skimmed milk is given its white colour using the same chemical in white paint, otherwise it would be a bluish transparent colour.

Ohh, I didn't know that. That's icky.Oh! And chicken nuggets are usually made from mechanically separated chicken which is basically all the parts of the chicken that no one wants to eat (kind of like hot dogs) all ground together, but it tastes so bad and is so dirty/un-hygenic that they clean it by soaking it in ammonia (not edible, by the way), but then when that's done it tastes SO AWFUL that they have to inject chicken flavor into it. It's safe to eat according to the FDA, it's just gross.

Ew, I knew chicken nuggets were mechanically separated bits that nobody wants but I had no idea about the ammonia! I prefer to eat unprocessed meats from a butcher but even then, you just don't know. It's actually quite sad really!

Ugh! That is "fowl"! (Haha, get it? I'm sorry I had to..) This is enough to make me properly turn to clean eating/paleo!
