Makaronilaatikko, aka Finnish macaroni casserole

http://www.food.com/recipe/finnish-macaroni-casserole-suomen-makaronilaatikko-427599 Easy peasy and so yummy. The recipe says to serve with ketchup, which is correct, but we also like it with some cottage cheese.

Mmmm, that sounds good! Considering I like ketchup on my Mac and Cheese, I could see why that might taste good, but cottage cheese sounds yummy too! :)  |

I always consider the part after ''serve with'' as optional. That said, I also used to think like Chao... until I tried it xD |
