Hey HP!

It seems like some players are having problems with their upgrades going through after payment. It is only affecting some people, and the vast majority of upgrades are going through just fine. I just want to update and let everyone know though, just in case you run into a problem.

If you do an upgrade and you pay but your upgrade doesn't go through, please message me or email me and I will get you upgraded as soon as possible :).

At the moment I believe this is a problem with PayPal which is causing the upgrades to fail, not with us, and I am working to get this fixed as soon as possible! I will update everyone when it's fixed.

I had the 6 day expire msg and its gone and my uppie now expires 2/22/18...so may be fixed?

Only a couple of people expereiced issues with their upgrades over the last week, the vast majority have gone through without a problem. I'm still waiting on them to update my support ticket, though. I was told 24-48 hours, and I submitted it Thursday, so. I'm hoping to hear something soon!
