Short account security update as well! Have you changed your password recently? Keeping your passwords private, and changing them after giving other people access to your accounts can keep your account, money, animals, and information safe! If someone who you've given access to your account moves your animals or money, we may not be able to help you! So make sure you change your password regularly and ALWAYS keep your password private.

Is your birthdate accurate on all of your accounts? We know for a lot of people it's not because of the previous glitch we had! If you're unsure if yours is right, please message me on account #1 to check and change it! It can make a difference in the status of your account if it says you're under 13 years of age, and there's a birthday gift from HP on your birthday. So you have incentive to make it correct!

Do you still have access to your email account? This comes up all the time! Please, please keep your email address up to date on HP. If you lose your login and can no longer access your old email, we may not be able to help you recover your login, so make sure you keep it all up to date.
