100 sets of dog tickets

So I have 100 sets of dog tickets that come in monthly. They've been selling for about 130k a ticket.

They come in the 3rd, 12th, and 20th.

I will take HPD or trade for upgrades. I am looking for someone to reserve monthly, but will sell in smaller bulk if it comes down to it.
