I run... to the bathroom, usually. :P I'd like to start jogging, but my shins say no until I get different shoes and I can't afford it right now. |

i used to jog 4 miles a day before my gall bladder surgery :3 now im fluffy XD and my cardio is shot after have multiple cases of pnemonia xP |

I was looking at doing the Cough to 5km your talking about. I walk 5km each morning with my mum and thats the issue she cant run it so im restricted. But I am fidning just walking i am finding improvments. |

I run! But I'm just starting out, so I can't run far or for a long stretch of time... but it's a work in progress! |

I'm thinking of building up my endurance when spring comes around! I'd probably just go and jog for as long as I can, walk when I need rest, and build it up til I'm just jogging. In the meantime I'm in the gym, lifting weights and pushing this sled thing around as the most punishing form of cardio I can do. http://www.escapefitness.com/uk/escape-quad-sled.html That's the exact one I use. I can run with it if I don't add any weight, but I'll add a 15kg weight on top to build strength while doing cardio. I better be able to run super easily when spring comes around... |

Yea might be a good idea! I can train cardio in a shorter amount of time, but get way better results. |
