My friend just got a little boy puppy! He is a Shih-Tzu and he came with the name Maureese. However, I don't like the name "Maureese" (especially how it's spelled), and since I'm the official "Sister", I get to help (and have a strong say) in giving him a new name!

Although I would like to call him "Mo Mo", my friend doesn't like that. We have already gone through soooo many names. I think we need some outside help in getting some ideas and I was wondering if you guys had any? There will be a 6 mo. upgrade or HPD equivalent prize for the winning name :D *If there is one. Unfortunately, I can't gaurantee my friend will like any of the names :(

Here's some criteria for the name:

-We like "people" names (like John, Jack...etc.)

-We want a name you don't often hear

This little dog is a rambunctious, curious, rascal of a puppy but also very sweet and loves to be held.

Yay shih tzus! I have 2 of my own named Levi (Papi's Levi) and Bonnie (Lakota's Bonfire). I will probably always have shih tzus as they are the best dogs ever! As for names... Spencer, Joey, Vinnie, Cash, Wayne, Merle, Parker, Jax, Quinn, Oliver, Manny, Luis, Frankie... I could keep going forever :P

The front runner name is Opie! It could still change though, so please give me until early next week (probably Tuesday) to make a sure decision. In the meantime, if you guys have anymore names, feel free to post them. Like I said, it could change. 

Yay! Haha... My dogs name is actually Optimus but we call him Opie the majority of the time. Glad you like it! It's a rather fun name! :D
