I've joined a gym (which I'm really enjoying) but I'm struggling to come up with a meal plan (and I don't really want to pay for a nutritionist!).

Any ideas? I want a seven day plan to follow each week:

Monday - Spaghetti Bolognese (wholemeal pasta)

Tuesday - Chicken breast and veggies

Wednesday - Stir-fry

Thursday - Salmon and veggies

Friday -

Saturday -

Sunday -

I'm struggling with the latter half of the week!

I've tried a lot of those and they are all pretty darn good and fairly easy to make. ☺

I found this website the other day and they have a bunch of healthy recipes: slenderkitchen.com

quinoa salad. delicious & easy to make.

Also chicken ceaser salad.

Also do one "cheat" day where you allow yourself to eat something less healthy. That helps keep you from getting burned out and/or plateauing.

I've actually considered doing a food blog with healthy recipes & tips/tricks. I just don't have any idea on how well it would go. I have a bunch of recipes I love using that are healthy but not overwhelmingly so, & I have a bunch of "how to go hardcore" but those will burn you out if you're not careful.

Also if you're trying to really drop weight try the gallon baggy method for lunches/snacks. I can give you helpful packing tips on those too!

I'll post the recipe for the quinoa salad when I get home. That's what I'm eating for the next couple of days.

Cook Yourself Thin is a really great cookbook (which reminds me I need to get it out again...)
