After many year on hp, howrse and hp as True Blue Graphics i'm thinking its about time i changed my name. I only really want to keep the name on hl and da. The names im considering to changing to are Hotaru Graphics or Ao Haru Designs. What do you guys think change or stay the same?

I like Ao Haru. I think Haru by itself sounds pretty cool as well :)  

If you think you should change your name, go for it! I think ao haru is pretty.

I agree with Chaotic - Name changes are a personal preference. I've changed my name 100 times on other SIMS before finding a name; but seeing as you're known for your graphics and TBG is your trademark brand, I think you should keep it. People may not know who you are if you change names. 

You do whatever you want to do. :) There are benefits of keeping your name the same (such as reconiziability), but if you keep at it and like have a period of where you notify others of the name change (either on your page or in your player name) it shouldn't be an issue!
