It would be great if we could transfer HPP from our spare accounts to our main account. 

I would love this, too, especially when I need only 1 or 2 HPP on an account to re-up it. x__x

This!! Maybe have it similar to how we transfer horses to our other accounts? So then people aren't sending each other HPP?

This has been asked for a few times before, and the answer is still no. 

HPP are given for achievements. Achievements are attached to the account. Thus, HPP won't be made transferrable!
