Ice too for cold

Coffee and pumpkin work well

Pumpkin carving

Upon the table.

Many seeds to roast for

People to munch.

Keen eyes adding intricately cut details.

In goes the candle for jack-o-lantern fun.

Now to enjoy all the work!

Spending more time in the kitchen

Pumpkin pies a-baking.

Instant aroma fills the house

Corrals the family to the oven

Enjoying a pie they wish to do!

Under the cool autumn night
Mugs of warmth held in our hands
Pies and lattes and spooky brands
Kids crunch leaves along the street
In the air, a cozy treat
Nutmeg, cinnamon, clove so nice

Season wrapped in sweet surprise
People gather, scarves pulled tight
In every sip, the world feels right
Crisp winds carry hints of cheer
Every fall, I wait for this time of year

Underneath the harvest moon, shining bright.  

Mirthful laughter fills the air,

Keenly carved with faces bold,

Savor the way each flavor aligns,  

Pouring joy into every design.

Peaceful nights as fall is here.
Kids crunch leaves beneath their feet,
In the kitchen, pies smell sweet.
Nature’s colors start to show,
Season’s magic takes it slow.
