March's Pet of the Month Spotlight!

Saturnia (#444) and her family cherished this sweet boy!

* Name of Your Pet: Malcolm
* Current Age of Your Pet: Crossed the Rainbow Bridge at 14
* What is Their Breed?: Catahoula Leopard Hound x Pitbull

1. How did your pet come into your life?
Steph rescued him! His previous owners left him chained outside when their house was burning down. They left him behind. He was lucky to survive. The firefighter’s wife was Steph’s dentist who knew she loved fostering and rescuing animals.

2. Do they have any quirky personality traits or habits?
He was a retired therapy dog so he would immediately flop for belly rubs anytime he met someone!

3. What is your pet's favorite toy or treat?
He loved GIANT stuffed toys especially lamb chop!

4. Who is their favorite human in your household?
Definitely Steph

5. What is a special memory that you have with them?
Too many to name, but he has made so many children, vets at the VA, and friends smile.
