Remembering Lady Rancher

We would like to take a moment to pause and reflect on the loss of Lady Rancher #6031, our beloved HP Grandma, who sadly passed away on February 28th, 2025.

For anyone who does not belong to our HP Player Connection Facebook group, her son posted from her account to let us know of her passing:

As is evident by her son's words, for those of you who did not have the privilege to play HP with Lady R (as many of us called her), she was a passionate HP player from basically the start of HP back in 2009. She was always so sweet and lovely to all, always quick to offer help to others, and participate in as many events or games as she could (and was known to be an aggressive bingo player!). She trained several breeds on several accounts over the years, but was best known for her wolf lines.

Lady Rancher was also our July 2020 Player of the Month.

We will miss her so much! ??

She was such a SWEET player and I really loved getting to know her and talk to her! She will be deeply missed!

did she have the same name on hl? am asking for an hl player who never got into hp. like alot of us did. if not does anyone recall her hl name?

I believe she went by the same name on HL. She will definitely be missed. Loved talking to her and seeing her animals 💔

Saddended to hear of her passing. She was an absolute darling with a heart of gold, and will be sorely missed in the community. Rest well, Lady. 

Lady Rancher was one of the first people I ever spoke to on HP and the only one I really spoke to for so many years! We are fortunate to know such amazing people that we can suffer a loss like this. You will never be forgotten Lady Rancher.

Oh no I hate to hear this ! :(

So sad to hear the news this morning... Lady was one of my first friends on HP and one of the most thoughtful and kindest ones I've made here. I've thought of her often these last few years. Fly high and rest in paradise, sweet friend ❤️

Lady R made it such a joy to host games and events on here, especially bingo. Always had a kind word for everyone and was so sweet. She will be fiercely missed.

I am so sorry to hear this news! She was always so kind, genuine, and funny too. I miss our time in Hollywood Chat where she would challenge me to find a meme and see if she could stump me! She is being missed. 

She will definitely be missed! Such a sweet player and an active participant in all the activities.

Rest in peace, Lady Rancher. :(

Lady R was such a kind soul. I have often thought about her since last seeing her, and it makes my heart happy to know that the community we have built here, can touch people in such a special way. RIP sweet lady!

Lady R was always the kindest soul on this game! Her Hollywood chats with Lady S would always crack me up with the creative photos they would find. RIP angel! 

She was such a positive light in the community too! ❤️
Her enthusiasm for all the activities and events are already dearly missed!
