At some point in the last few years, DeviantArt changed their website around. There used to be categories that could be used to easily find stock and other resources like tutorials. Is there a way to use categories or is the search bar and groups our only option now?

I hate the way it is now!!  I usually just type whatever and then stock.  like "Horse stock"  or like "warmblood stock"

Pretty much the same as Amberellie, add 'stock' in the search and sift through the mass of images. Definitely not as refined as it used to be, unfortunately :(

Yeah I know! That was a huge thing here on HP when DA first changed things up.

But i also do the same thing as amberellie.

It's not comprehensive by any means and there are absolutely stock providers who aren't on that list, but I've chosen those who have large galleries of good-quality stock wherever possible, so there should be plenty of options. :)

I also use a lot of those same providers as Uta.

Yeah, I use basically what's on Uta's list as well.  Danceswithponies is my favorite though!
