While trying to update the AmStaff Embassy page I got the following error:

"Internal Service Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at  webmaster@horsephenomena.com to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

It initially did it while trying to update much of the text within my layout. After that I tried just changing a single letter to see if it was maybe some of the html I included but got the same error. Lastly I tried with no changes and got the same error. I emailed the webmaster email like the error instructed, but figured I'd drop it here too in case anyone has experienced the same thing recently.

Typically you'll get that if there's something in your code that's triggering the flags on the back end of HP.

Embassy code is particularly weird (even weirder than clubs). I have no idea why.

Oh dear, yeah I remember when I had it made it was a nightmare. Oh Lordy here we go xD I was really hoping and praying it wasn't on my end.

Is there a way to maybe make a "get started with clubs/embassy" or "club layout do's and don'ts" type of help section? 

I've had (or have) both embassies and clubs and I tend to find one code that works and just reuse and reuse it... if it were to ever break, it would be a massive headache to find out "why".... so I didn't know if we could put together some sort of cheat code to help with that headache

like just helpful hints, such as "don't use breaks and use

instead" or avoid using this line of html or css in the club and embassy codes... etc etc...

That would definitely be helpful. I know it was a massive headache when I got my embassy layout made. Now that I have broken it (oops) I'd love to know things not to do to avoid breaking it again xD

Aeon here as I try to sort this for Arzu. 

What is interesting is that its nothing within the css code. Im typing her updates word for word and it's throwing that error randomly. All the coding is there fine but the minute you start just filling out updates ect it starts throwing the error randomly so I am not sure what to try next....

Alright, so i even changed the whole layout code to my own embassy code which I know works and it is still throwing the same error for simple update text. No additional coding just regular words. 

Not to be flippant (I swear!), but yep, that sounds about right lol.

I will try to talk to Sam about what is likely triggering it and try to sort out a way to make it...not.

I had a similar issue to what you're describing, Aeon, with someone's layout right after the server change. I want to say it was uta, but my memory's escaping me at the moment. Literally copied line by line, tried the css and html each on their own and it was fine, but together it was like NOPE.

I'm not sure how long it'll take to sort, but in the meantime if it's helpful, my two embassies aren't complicated layouts by any means, but it's literally just css, plus basic tags for html (h3, br, b, etc) and that didn't trigger anything. If you're looking to get just ANYTHING up right now.

Update: I've asked Sam to take a look at the file I think is the issue when she gets a chance. Who knows when that will be, so in the meantime, I created a new Embassy (the Blitzasaurus Rex dog :D ) to play around and quickly discovered the Club Layout Generator code works on Embassies. Doesn't throw the error. You do need to adjust the dimensions as the Embassy page layout is a different size, but I added a section on what to change it to on the Club Layout Generator page. Which is now linked on Embassy pages under the Description/HTML text.

So go forth and generate a layout!

So my current layout is doomed? ): In the mean time Ill see if I can get the image and just recode it with basic code from the generator. Thanks for looking into it!

Doomed forever? Hopefully not. But at least for now you can have a layout in general?

And I was working on getting my 2 club layouts up and thought "I wonder if this works for embassies."

Hence why the Blitzasaurus Rex embassy is the hound club layout LOL.

Thank you for adding the changes on the club layout generator Blitz! That worked beautifully. NOW, the only thing: if you scroll down to the "top 25s" on my embassy page you will see it only shows the "all time" and you have to scroll way over to the right side of the page to see the under retirement list. Is there something in my code making these so wide? Any way I can narrow them to fit on the page? I didn't see any other emb. pages with this issue so I'm sure it's in my code but not quite sure where to look xD

OK! I just spent a good hour and a half when I REALLY should have gone to bed on time trying to figure this out.

I *think* I've sorted out a fix both on my test embassy, my own existing ones, AND I borrowed yours, arzu, to play around with something that had actual animals in its ranking (something my tester does not!).

Arzu, can you take a look and see if it shows ok on your end with your computer/monitor size?
