Today I thought it would be fun to just see who you would all invite to Christmas dinner, if you could invite anyone at all. 

This could be someone from the past, present, someone famous, a relative, and then I would love to know why you would want to invite them!

If I could invite anyone at all, I think I would want to invite Jane Austen. I would love to be in a room with her and get a tiny piece of how her mind works. I think she is phenomenal :D

I would also invite Lin-Manuel Miranda because he's my complete inspiration and has done so many good things (he can bring his whole family, his kids are close in age to mine haha). I would probably die, but it would be a happy way to go.

I would want to keep it simple and have a family dinner.

I would invite my mum, my husband, and my little boy. I would also invite my Poppa who raised me, but has been gone 20 years so has never met my LO. That to me would be the perfect Christmas.

Christmas for me is more like any day. I wish I could invite my mom and my pets Mengel and Max though.
I really miss them the most.

Present : Seth Andrews, Aron Ra and Matt Dillahunty, 3 top atheists known as the Unholy Trinity. Seth has an amazing voice, and Aron is smart af and knows about evolution.

Famous : Sir David Attenborough and Jeffrey Dean Morgan (#IAmNegan).

Relative : Mum, who passed away in 2022. I didn't get to say goodbye, due to my fking mental health and COVID-19. My Dad, brothers and sister would be there, too. They're still alive.

So, there are a lot of people that I would love to invite but two of the main people would be my great grandparents. I spent a lot of time with them when i was younger, my moms side was "younger" so they were like going to my grandparents. They also always hosted the big holidays and everyone would come, even my dads side was welcome (my parents divorced when i was 1). Ever since they passed over 10 years ago the holidays just arent the same but I know if they were there then everyone else would be there too!

I would invite Ariana Grande because, in all the press coverage for the movie "Wicked" this year, she seems like a very genuine and good person even at a young age, and I'd like to get to know her better. She's also super talented and if we played Charades after or pre-dinner, I feel she would be really great at it. I would also love to have Billy Joel at dinner, as another great talent and artist (and I'm such a big-fan!), in additon to my Grandma Eda, who passed in 2018. She and Billy could discuss all things piano as she was a piano enthusiast and teacher/forever student, up to her death.

My Uncle Sam, who passed away before I was born. By all accounts, he was the funniest, cheekiest, most lovable man. I wish I could have gotten to know him, I think he would have been the centre of Christmas dinner.
