Tried to do the 50% off energy for 5 mill on my dogs Honey (#183182) and Monarch (#183183) worked for honey but then when I tried to do monarch i was at 9 mill on the account and it said i couldn't afford it so I sent over 1 mill from my main thinking it was just a glitch or whatever but then it charged me 10 mill.

Have you messaged Blitz about this yet? We don't always see these forum posts, so the best thing to do is message Blitz when an error like this happens so she can see it as soon as possible vs possibly missing it for a day or more.. Especially when it is a time-sensitive item like energy or a sale. 

I had a similar issue with doing some retirement breedings during the black Friday sale. Had sent 8 hpb to an account to do 2 retirement breedings at the 4 hpb each. Did the first one and the game ate all 8 hpb (the normal retirement breeding price). I had sent 4 hpb to a different account for another retirement breeding there that I was waiting to do and it's worked perfectly.

I messaged blitz directly right away. Fixed it right away.

If it's time sensitive, message me directly. If it's something you've noticed but isn't a major thing (eg. you questioning the birth dates), that can be on here!

That being said, I sorted out the issue and it should now be fixed.
