So I've been a gym member for 3 years now and back at the start I did their kickstart plan but found it HEAVILY restrictive, outdated and basically could push you into an ED for sure. It wanted you to eat 20g porridge in the am or 1.5 weetabix for breakfast, lunch and dinner then you had to choose which one you could have carbs with... crazy stuff considering this was only a short time ago. Regardless to say, I was reluctant to do it again as it's not sustainable weightloss at all but I had heard a new nutritionist had started and the plan had gotten better so I decided to book an appointment and see and it has improved so yay. You also get 2 classes a week and a pt along with full gym membership for the 6 weeks. It's all such a struggle but hopefully the kickstart has done it's job by the end of the 6 weeks haha *this is basically an accountability post for myself* |
