Show Crons and May Spotlight Breeds

Show CronsWe're aware that shows did not run for horses or dogs last night. We are not sure why, but we are working on it...please hang tight and I will update this when we have more of an answer and/or they're fixed! Apologies for the inconvenience! May Spotlight BreedsOur two spotlight breeds for the month of May are two HP-specific mythical horse breeds: the Allimoose and the Thoresian! Allimoose were created by Custom Breed Auction winner Concourse in honor of Tronic (aka Allison), a former HP admin who tragically passed away in 2022. As a nod to her love of moose, the Allimoose is a horse breed that is highly versatile and excels at a variety of disciplines. Itβs beautiful and comes in a variety of colors, but are most likely to be: gray or bay. The thing that sets the Allimoose apart from other breeds is the set of horns that rest on its skull. Most have moose-like antlers that adorn the skull and add charm to the breed. Some may have deer antlers, but this is extremely uncommon. They are a May Spotlight Breed because Tronic's birthday was in May! Thoresians were added in July 2014 at the request of the player Blue. They are a feline-based breed, having a mane and tail like a lion, and are built like a Friesian. You can read more about them here on their origin forum post. Both the Allimoose and Thoresian will be in the Store until next Sunday, June 2nd, before they will return to the Cash Shop for another year. Go forth and start a new breed! -Blitz   |

Update: Dog shows have run. Horse shows have not. No idea why on both. I'm in talks with the server people but it's a bit slow going. I have no idea if crons will run on their own tonight or not.Β Please keep in mind I can't access HP from work tomorrow because it doesn't work, so if it's not resolved I will work on it again when I get home. Β Sorry...not much more I can do than that at this point, it's out of my hands :( |

Update: Shows from the 26th and the 27th seem to have run now on their own and awarded their points. Β Sam has a theory on why they were so slow to run, so I've done what she suggested and we'll see if that helps going forward. |
