I paid to enter my dogs into clubs. I look on the dogs sheet, and half the clubs aren't listed. When I look at the club page, Hound for example, it looks like they are already registered as I don't see their names under the registration tab. 

If I'm understanding what you're saying, They're probably still on the pending registration list.
