THIS MONTH'S THEMES: Holiday Lights, Decorations
It does not have to fit both themes, just one or the other.
However, I'll be giving you a prompt for each theme!

FIRST: Pick a sentence and fill in the blanks.

* This ____ is my favorite thing to have on display this time of year!
SECOND: Go take a picture of whatever you filled in the __blank__ with!
If it's a feeling or something intangible, take a picture that represents it in some way, either by emotion or correlation.
You can also use a picture you have taken from a previous time in your life, just not a re-post from any other months' contests!

Not something you found on the internet or belonging to someone else!
- One picture per player.
- The picture must be on theme and follow the prompt.
- The picture must be HP appropriate.

THE DATES

- Entrees are accepted: Now through December 21st
- Voting will be open: December 22nd-30th
- Winners announced: December 31st

THE PRIZES

First Place: 10,000 points on an animal, an achievement, and your photo featured in the HP Gallery!
Second Place: 7,500 points on an animal
Third Place: 5,000 points on an animal

These cats bring me joy to see!

This is a photo mashup, as I love seeing them sleep under the tree. The orange one is Sherbert, who crossed the Rainbow Bridge this past May. The black one is our new angel kitty, Namira. One is from last Christmas and the other is from this current year. Both love the tree.

These decorations on my beloved horse bring me joy to see!

Cartier is 27 and my childhood heart horse. We grew up together and then spent 10 years apart... but I searched for him the entire time. I finally found him and got him back in his older age. Every single year together is a gift!

The one good thing about Vegas winter is that its more a really long Fall. Its mid December and it is still cool and sunny with the Autumn colors. I took this at a park by my house, it reminds me of home and I love all the ducks there.

My favorite thing (which also brings me joy to see!) to display in the star on my Christmas tree! It has a projector in it, so it projects snowflakes to my ceiling. With the main lights off, and just this and the lights from the tree.... it's perfect.
