How to get animal awards on layout to say what they mean.

I need a coders help, because I'm completly clueless when it comes to this sort of thing.... So I've been trying to get my animal awards that I have up on my layouts to say what the awards are. So, like when you hover over the image, it says what it means. So like this:  |

Sorry, I forgot to also ask this.. but is there also a way to resize them so that they aren't so big, but still being able to use the code so that when you hover over the image you can still know what the award means? Â |
