So, my wife has auto-immune disorders - Hashimoto's being one of them. So, we went to a specialist for her to have a food allergy test done as well as to see what they could do to help with her health. We found out that 2 main triggers for Hashimotos is Gluten and Dairy. |

I'm trying to pull out a couple of recipes from when I had to go limited gluten when I was pregnant with my youngest. So sorry if they don't meet your other critieria! I tried to scan through them quickly, but obviously you're more familiar with her restrictions so you're more likely to catch stuff: Cajun porkchops with zucchini: https://www.eatwell101.com/cajun-pork-chops-recipe garlic butter sausages: https://www.eatwell101.com/garlic-butter-sausages-broccoli-recipe Chicken bites: https://www.eatwell101.com/oven-baked-chicken-bites-recipe Spinach Stuffed Chicken: https://www.delish.com/cooking/recipe-ideas/a30982780/spinach-stuffed-chicken-breast-recipe/ (this uses cheese, maybe you can find a work-around for it) BBQ Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner: https://momsdinner.net/healthy-bbq-chicken-sheet-pan-dinner/ Good luck, though! That seems challenging. :( I hope you can find some tasty options! |

Just at a quick glance of what she's currently having to avoid, and I would suggest looking up paleo-friendly meal ideas. Paleo tends to avoid dairy, grains, and legumes. With their recipes then, you could at least then file through the smaller ingredients to avoid or substitute, such as the soy, cloves, pepper, cloves, etc. |

My hubby and I are doing Keto right now and I've been learning that they are somewhat similar in that Keto can for the most part eat Paleo foods (with maybe the exception of some fruits? don't quote me...I'm by no means an expert on either), but Paleo can't eat Keto cuz Keto lets you eat cheese and heavy cream and whatnot. I've learned that coconut aminos is a thing and it is a subsitute for soy sauce. I have bought it but have yet to try it. xD There are quite a few coconut substitues for dairy or wheat products like coconut cream, coconut milk, coconut flour. |

Yes! Thank GOD for all the substitutes these days! Almond flour, almond milk, coconut oil instead of Pam cooking spray.. lots of changes. |

Also, can confirm that zoodles really aren't all that bad of a substitute for pasta - speaking as someone who loves their gluteny pasta haha. We've also tried palmini as a pasta substitute (made from heart of palm) and that was a good substitute as well! |

Zoodles are a family favorite! As well as "squoodles" squash noodles lol I'll have to check out palmini! |
