when I came back to hp I decided I wanted to give my horses realistic colors/phenotypes so that when I bred them I could use the online coat color calculator to generate the possible outcomes to their breedings, then randomly generate a number to pick which out of that list their baby would be. now that I'm two generations deep I thought it would be fun to doodle up two little horses and color up what I've gotten from my breedings thus far. it has... no impact and it's really just for me, but honestly now that I've drawn them up I just love them! I can't wait for future breedings where I can keep adding to the pedigrees! I just thought I'd share with you guys because I was so excited about it when I completed it 😂

This is awesome! Even more of a reason I need to commit to getting some paint lines going >.> I have been using the Prism genetics generator for several of my horse breeds. It definitely keeps things more fun and interesting when playing with the color genetics especially when dealing with breeds that can have just about every color.

@trig yes!!! I think about a month or so into my game I came across the prism generator and I was so excited to see there was a player-made aspect to the game that was gene-related!!! once I found that generator that's the one I started using to generate my foundation lines. it's so fun to just sit and click and generate colors too hahaha

@utakata I absolutely feel you on that. I've been a bit lazier with my poor lusos than I have my paints. I have their genetics written down in some random notepad that I need to find again... but here I am flaunting my paints around 😂

I mean, let's face it, paints are so much more fun (at least, if sticking to colours that could realistically occur in the breed) to do colourings of! I can't say I blame you for giving them all the love xD
