not exactly sandwishes but I made these pinwheels recently that were really good. You take a tortilla and spred cream cheese on in (as much or as little as you prefer), next put deli ham and then a pickle slice. Roll it up and cut it into 1-2 inch sections. Or you can eat is whole like I've done when being lazy. I'm sure you can come up with a ton of different combinations for this based on your tastes. ย |

Mine usually consist of ham salad (ground up ham, miracle whip/mayo, pickle juice or pickle relish if you so desire), egg salad (my family makes ours really sweet. The salad dressing we makes consists, I think of, miracle whip or mayo, a tad bit of mustard, a bit of vinegar, and lots of sugar. :D), or my own version of tuna salad. (Tuna, again-miracle whip or mayo [my family is partial to miracle whip cuz it's sweeter! xD ], onion powder or diced onion, a little worchestershire sauce, a little seasoning salt, and either a dab of ranch or caesar salad dressing.) |

Love myself a ham and Swiss! Do either of you have access to a microwave? Anything cold can be made into a melt with about 45 seconds in the microwave!ย ย Egg salad and tuna salad sandwiches are tasty and fairly easy to make. ย Can't go wrong with peanut butter and jelly/sliced bananas/honey/raisins/marshmallow fluff (individually with the PB, not all mixed together!)ย |

I've discovered that adding cranberries to a tuna salad is to die for. But I love a variety of sandwiches. Egg salad, deli meat, etc. Those pinwheels sound really good though, Trig! |

I can't deal with "sanga's" so I eat a lot of wraps and salads :)ย My new favourite 'fast-food' asin I grab and go from the fridge is chia pudding! Its SO easy - Just some milk (i use almond) and flavouring (I am LOVING vanilla and maple syrup atm.. sometimes I chuck raspberries in there too if I'm feeling fanceh) and chia seeds (health food section!) Just wack it all together (9 parts liquid to one parts chia works well) shake (I wait 20 mins and re-shake to make sure its distrubited well) then leave it overnight (or a few nights... *cough*) Grab a jar and I eat it for lunch xD I also save roast-meats that we've had for dinner and then use that for sammiches :)ย |

Tuna salad with avocado instead of mayo! And some green onion and whatever else I had on hand. That was wonderful. ย Honestly even the srirracha mayo Damion whipped up for burgers made such a difference on just run of the mill sammiches. Same thing with switching up jams and jellies. Link Tree |
