Good morning, I am making a conscious effort to become a healthier me so I will be updating this thread daily with my progress. I have a HUGE goal on commissioning in the Navy and I have to lose 50lbs to do it. My goal is to lose 20lbs by January. I move everyday. Usually 6 days of workouts and 1 day of active rest. My movements are walking, jogging, Peloton, weight lifting, and yoga. I am also tracking calories and macros. Anyways, just wanted to share my journey with you all ?? SW: 232lbs GW: 180lbs |

Day 1, Saturday 9/25/2021 AM exercise: 2.37 mile walk/run Breakfast: 2 frittatas, 2 slices of Dave’s killer bread with hot pepper jelly, and 6 slices of Canadian bacon Cals 482 C Mid Day Exercise: Glute Functional Strength Training Lunch Turkey sandwich w/ provolone cheese and BBQ rice crisps Cals 480 Snacks Celery and Honey Almond Butter Cals 217 Pumpkin Spice Bread Cals 170 Dinner was not trackable. I went to the brewery with some mom friends and had 1 drink, some veggie tray, crackers, cheese, and 2 shrimp tacos with hush puppies. This likely put me over my calorie max but I'm not worried about it because I got some valuable mom time. Water: 67.6oz |

Oooo I've wanted to join the navy too but I've never been able to get my body healthy enough to go for it haha good luck! I'll be rooting for ya! |

Day 2, Sunday 9/26/2021 AM exercise: None Breakfast: Went for coffee with my personal trainers fitness group. Had a vanilla latte and pumpkin muffin. The calories are estimates, I overestimated likely but because I have no idea how many cals these items were, I thought it best. Cals 490 Mid Day Exercise: None Lunch Maple Dijon Crunch Chopped Salad Cals 600 Snacks None Dinner Tall Caramel Ribbon Crunch from Starbucks Cals 360 Water: 16.9 oz so far I was really tired and not into it today. But tomorrow I will be back at it fresh! |
