I AM MAKING TACO SALAD WHEN I GET HOME.

this is going to sound gross but don't know it before you try it. I'm doing a use-it-up challenge so I'm trying to cook up everything I already had. 

Hot dog gumbo! 

fried diced hot dogs and lentils with a boat load of seasonings and chopped onion and garlic. Added some diced tomatoes and potatoes and cooked on low for like an hour and served over rice. 

I had my doubts but it was surprisingly good 

I'm going on vacation so I'm eating  'leftovers' 

I had a number of vegetables. mayonaise and ketchup and some salad left. I had bread in the freezer and some minced meat.
I made burgers with minced meat, on a normal slice of bread with a salad and veggies.

Today (It's morning for me) I'll eat yoghurt, leftover veggie/salad from yesterday, and possibly chicken (Got chicken wings in the freezer) Or maybe  a vegetarian cheese burger. that I'll buy today (need some stuff with me on vacation)

So somehow last night I wound up mowing lawn until ten PM and had grilled cheese instead.  :|
