Had anybody here had to deal with a useless thyroid and/or PCOS? I have both; having both is common in women. As such, my weight has started to go up again despite no dietary change or exercise reduction. I'm wondering if anybody else has these problems, and any suggestions? (Keto is a huge one, and yes, I am trying it again. Unfortunately aspects of keto are difficult due to my food allergies, so it's a bit of a mishmash there) |
