New Years Resolutions!
n0lax January 2nd, 2014 1:26:37am 12 Posts |
After completing my 2013 resolution of losing 50 lbs, (and plus some! I ended up losing 70 lbs total!) I've decided to build off of that and make a new goal, to get at least a four-pack! I've started the Insanity workout program to help achieve this goal. What are some of your fitness resolutions? :) |

I have a heap of weight to loose, so this year I am dedicating to loosing weight through reinventing my lifestyle to be fitter and healthier. I even joined 12wbt program here in australia. I want to be able to run atleast 5km nonstop, maybe more! |

No resolutions made by me cause I'd just break them! My two jobs keep me active though.. perfect balance of cardio running round the bar and some 'weight training' (moving the scuba equipment) haha :P |

fitness resolutions? run in a 10k or longer race. i can run the distance (and i've done more) but i've never run in a race over 5k because i honestly suck at distance (and i'm lazy because i know i can be more competitive at 5ks :p)
score over a 300 on my APFT test (only my sit-ups need work)
be able to throw 155 (military projectile rounds) over my shoulder and walk with no problem
and maybe drink more water. :p |

Sam - they're terrible!
Mine was to be healthier, in general, in everything, but I'm half way through exam period and that has gone right out the window. My New Years Resolutions will start 1st February!
I've been resolving to (i) stop biting my nails and (ii) drink more water, since the age of about 15. 8 years on that still hasn't happened!
What about yours?
