Updated HTML Purification Guide

Hello HP!
I have updated the HTML purification guide to include fixes for scroll boxes and message buttons as well as a few other items.
You can still find the link above your "Description" box on your homepage! You may need to clear your cache if you're still seeing the October 31 version of the guide.
