So like a guessing game.

Has 2 knobs, water flows through it, found in kitchens and bathrooms

It allows you to dangle your clothes from a rod in your closet.

Clothes hanger?

Mine is fuzzy and yellow and a common product/handcraft of crochet, but not a scarf.

It's elastic and used to keep tendrils away from one's face, if one has long ones, that is.

hair clip?

it has a switch and blades and you plug it in

A fan?

You read on it but its battery powered.

kindle?

usually has four legs, you can set things on it
