ISO Upgrades Section

What does everyone think about adding a section to the upgrade auctions for people who are in need of an upgrade? You could put in the amount of time, how much HPD you're willing to pay, and then people who are wanting to sell an upgrade could come by and upgrade you instantly. (This wouldn't be instead of the current auction system, just in addition to.) |

Yeah! The money would be removed from the person searching for an upgrade and held, and then transferred to the person buying it once they completed it. And if you canceled it, the money would get returned. So like how the regular auctions work, but in reverse. |
