My store breeding pairs were bought on 11/25 and retire on 11/17. My 4th gen dogs were born on 11/26 and retired today. Shouldn't my 4th gens retire on the 18th? 

Maybe sleep deprivation and stress are getting to me and I'm just really confused?

No you are right, if you count it out from the 26th of Nov, March 11th comes to 15. The "retires" date is a week early on the page. But posting links to the dogs would be helpful for people, it took some time for me to figure out which were your dogs you were referring to.
