Puppy Doe(Kiya)

I just read the story about Puppy Doe(Kiya). It is absolutely horrifying & beyond heartbreaking. It is really hard to read about. I cry my eyes out everytime I look at her, or all the people who are showing their support. So I am warning you guys. She has a page made in her honor on Facebook, "Justice for Puppy Doe", so check that out as well. Anyways, I would love to start a project on an APBT female in honor of her. Any and all donations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This story is absolutely horrific! And what makes this even more heartbreaking is that the people responsible won't even serve the time they deserve! Animal abusers should be given equally as harsh a sentence as people who do this to one another. Disgusting doesn't even cover it! |

I agree with you, Audio.. Although I think they're looking for him/her a little harder because they're afraid they could do the same the humans. :/ |

I work in pet retail and have done for 7 years and its horrible to say but in most cases, people who abuse animals, go on to do the same if not worse to other human beings. The punishment for animal abusers just seems far too lenient in comparison to the hurt and turmoil they inflict on animals and their poor unsuspecting families. My dog is 100% part of my family and if I ever thought someone would hurt him I'd probably end up in jail myself! |
