Mine: I resolve to eat a rock sandwich every day! Jam made from crushed red beryl and rubies spread between two slices of finest Italian marble. Mmmm...minerals!

My new year's resolution is to buy a luxury spaceship! I'll then buy some real estate on Mars and open my own space resort & spa!
