Maybe a flexible 90 day challenge to workout 30 mins a day a few days a week, eat relatively healthy, and drink water? I could host and we could do a biweekly weight check in. I can even offer upgrades as prizes! |

i think you could really go somewhere with this! maybe everyone that joins pitches in a a certain amount of HPD into the pot and then at the end of the 90 days its split like 60/30/10?
either way im in! |

Very temping, but I don't own a scale as I don't tend to use one. However, this is my goal for the next few weeks is to drop the decaffenated tea out almots completely and try to stick to water. |

Ohh! A pot to split sounds like an excellent idea. |

I would, but... 1) this is a lifestyle for me, I don't consider it a challenge. 2) my training/eating habits mean I'm better off checking progress by getting into clothes that were too tight, rather than checking the scale, which moves very slowly. 3) if I start weighing myself too much, I'm gonna slip into unhealthy habits and no one wants that. THAT SAID, good luck to all of you. May you find whatever works for you :) |
