I work with youth in a homeless shelter and it was the first day of classes, so I made an actual sit down breakfast to celebrate! French toast, bacon, eggs, and some locally sourced syrup! Also, and maybe most importantly a strong pot of coffee. I'm never super hungry in the morning, but it was nice to serve up a homemade meal to help everyone start their day. |
